2DOCS Wholesale Account Application
If you're interested in becoming a wholesale customer of 2DOCS, Inc., please enter the required information below. We will evaluate your qualifications for an account and contact you by email or phone. In general, wholesale customers need a Tax ID number, a resale license number, and should be in the business of retailing nutritional products. If you prefer to fax or mail in your application you can download our printable wholesale application here.
If we approve your application, you will receive wholesale pricing for all orders (whether you place them by phone, on our website, or by fax or email). For wholesale pricing for orders on our website, you must first register for a web account (on our site), and then request that we activate wholesale status for your web account. Note: In order for wholesale pricing to apply to web orders, you must first login to your account before adding products to your shopping cart. Otherwise, your order may not reflect wholesale prices.
Note: If you are a current (or previous) wholesale customer of 2DOCS (i.e., we have your information on file), and you want us to activate wholesale status for your existing web account, send us an email or call (800-228-4265) requesting that we change your web account status to wholesale. If you do not already have a web account, you must create/register online for a web account before we can activate wholesale status for it.
